The Cross Country

On the 22th of May we ran in the cross

Country. After our recess, the Year 3’s

ran it first – there were lots of people running

and watching.

The people who came 1st,  2nd, 3rd or 4th 

went to the Zone Carnival at Canterbury public school.

   A cute little post Steven!

   How did you feel while you were running? Were you confident? scared? happy? tired?

   It is always interesting for the reader to find out about how the author feels about the story. Do you think you could have put in some imaginative words to make your writing come alive? Remember our work on the image of the kids running like water?

   Don’t forget next time to check your work with three friends before me (MrsP) to make sure you publish 3 *** quality work every time

   Hi,
   I think that whoever made it must have tried their hardest because when i finished the race i felt like I was going to die and that my heart and throat were going to pop out of my body.
